Based on our comprehensive analysis of market health indicators, the overall technical backdrop remains constructively bullish across major equity indices.
However, we're observing early signs of deterioration in small and mid-capitalization segments, warranting careful monitoring. The notable upward momentum witnessed in early December has been predominantly driven by large-cap technology stocks, suggesting a somewhat narrow market breadth.

T2118
The index shows a recent upward trend from oversold levels, currently at 49.69
It currently resides in neutral territory, reflecting a deterioration in market breadth across most sectors during the past week, with technology being the notable exception. This divergence between tech sector performance and broader market internals warrants careful attention from market participants.
The upcoming week will be pivotal in determining whether the current technical deterioration represents a temporary pullback within the broader uptrend or signals the inception of a more significant corrective phase.
T2108
Recent market analysis reveals a complex technical picture as T2108 continues its downward trajectory, breaking below the 10 EMA in a significant technical development. While short-term bearish pressure dominated most sectors throughout the week, with the 4% indicator confirming widespread selling, Friday's session provided some relief. However, the broader perspective offers encouragement for bulls, as the 25% quarterly indicator shows stabilization and suggests underlying strength. This divergence between short and long-term indicators points to potential market consolidation rather than a definitive trend reversal.
